Our effort is to provide dignified work & quality of life to jobseekers. We try to find job as per the soft skills / personality of the candidate rather then more education qualification.
We try to provide the right candidate to the employer. We have infrastructure to carry out complete recruitment process as per the norms set by the employer.
Training
We provide job oriented training giving practical ties to candidates rather than bookies knowledge. The training is conducted in relaxed atmosphere in short duration capsule courses. We identify the strength / weakness of the candidate and make the candidate realize the strengths and soft skills and encourage using these in constructive ways.
We also try to improve upon the weak areas of personality of candidate. The syllabus is continuously modified with experience gained.
Currently two courses are planned for following topics:
- Introduction to call center / Tele-calling.
- How top achieve targets.
